Six hours, placed around the part of the wedding you most want to remember.

The Half Story gives you enough time to document a substantial part of the day without paying for coverage from morning until night. It can begin before the ceremony or carry on further into the reception, depending on what matters most and how the timings fall.

There is no fixed template. We work from your schedule.

Where should the six hours sit?
This is the question that makes the collection work.

If the preparations and the build-up matter most, we can start earlier and finish around the wedding breakfast or speeches. If you care more about the reception and the beginning of the evening, we can start with arrivals and carry on later.

Six hours will not always cover preparations through to the first dance. Ceremony time, meal length, speeches and travel all affect what fits, so I will help you work backwards from the moments you do not want to miss.

Frequently asked questions
How many photographs will we receive?

Most six-hour weddings produce around 350 to 550 finished photographs. Guest numbers, the pace of the wedding and the number of separate parts covered all influence the final gallery.
What happens before the wedding?

We will meet on a video call before the day to work through the timings, family photographs, venue logistics and anything that matters personally. That gives me the structure I need without turning the wedding into a minute-by-minute production.
Additional coverage

Additional hours are £150 each. If your timings need most of the day, The Full Story is usually better value and removes the pressure of deciding what should be left out. If the venue is more than 100 miles from Evesham, I will confirm any travel or accommodation before you book.

A note about aerial photographs
Aerial photographs may be taken where they genuinely add something and where the venue, weather, location and flight restrictions allow. They cannot be guaranteed and I will never hold up the wedding simply to fly the drone.
