WHAT’S INCLUDED — THE full story
The Full Story gives me up to twelve hours to document the day from preparations through to the dance floor. There is enough time for the important photographs and enough space around them for you to enjoy the wedding properly.

No racing through a checklist. No disappearing for a two-hour portrait session. A little direction when it helps, then back to the people you invited.

The whole shape of the wedding
Full-day coverage is less about photographing every minute and more about having the freedom to follow what the day is doing.

It includes the quiet part of the morning, people arriving, the ceremony, the reception and the point where the room changes once the music starts. It also leaves room for timings to slip without making you feel that every delay is eating into the photographs you booked me to make.

After more than 500 weddings, I know when a little organisation will help and when the best thing I can do is leave the moment alone.

This is not a compulsory shot list. It is a realistic picture of what up to twelve hours can cover when the day follows a typical schedule.

how it works — full day coverage
How the portraits fit around the wedding
You do not need to choose between documentary photographs and good portraits.

I normally borrow you for around 15 to 20 minutes before the wedding breakfast, then use another short window later if the light or weather gives us something worth stepping outside for. The rest of the time you are with your guests while I photograph the wedding happening around you.

If the day needs a different approach, we change it. The wedding comes first.
Frequently asked questions
How many photographs will we receive?

A full wedding usually produces around 600 to 800 finished photographs. Very busy weddings sometimes produce more. The final number depends on the number of guests, the pace of the day and how much actually happens, not a target filled with near-duplicates.
What happens before the wedding?

We will meet face to face before the day to work through the timings, family photographs, venue logistics and anything that matters personally. That gives me the structure I need without turning the wedding into a minute-by-minute production.
Additional time and travel

Coverage beyond twelve hours is £150 per hour. If the venue is more than 100 miles from Evesham, I will confirm any travel or accommodation before you book.

A note about aerial photographs
Aerial photographs may be taken where they genuinely add something and where the venue, weather, location and flight restrictions allow. They cannot be guaranteed and I will never hold up the wedding simply to fly the drone.
